Jacqueline M. Love, Esq.

Jacqueline Love is the managing partner and founder of J M Love Law. With a passion for leadership and civic responsibility, Jacqueline has dedicated her professional life to helping people across both the public and private sectors.

A native of Miami, Florida, Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science from Nova Southeastern University, Double-Majoring in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice, and receiving a Minor in International Law. Jacqueline continued her studies in law, graduating from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad School of Law in 2013, and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2014, marking the beginning of J M Love Law.

Jacqueline’s family origin stems back to Cuba, where her grandfather was in his final year of schooling to become a lawyer when Fidel Castro came to power and was forced to flee with his family to Miami. Despite his passion for law, her grandfather was unable to continue his academic studies in the U.S.A. and worked several jobs to provide for his family. Jacqueline proudly became the first of her family to attend and complete law school, and hopes to be the first of many future generations to advocate for law and ethics as a minority attorney.

She understands. Having lost her grandmother unexpectedly, Jacqueline understands the pain of loss, and the difficulty of navigating the probate channels.  Jacqueline has dedicated her career to helping other families either through the creation of an Estate Plan or compassionately assisting them through their probate case. Having worked with families and widows during a difficult season in their lives, Jacqueline makes it her priority to help others navigate these challenges with compassion so they can focus on the things that matter most to them and focus their strength on healing from their loss.
